Dana has 20+ years of experience in international productions supervising casting, production, storytelling, and talent directing for networks like Netflix, Fox, Amazon, Facebook, Youtube, Disney, Discovery, 7, 9, 10, ABC, NBC, ITV, and many more. From worldwide reality TV hits like “The Voice”, “Big Brother” and “Dancing with the Stars”, to documentary series and news bulletins, Dana has done it all when it comes to real people & content creator productions. As the CEO of Salt & Lime Media, Dana travels to work from all of our clients' major hubs as productions require, but is now based in our recently created Singapore HQ, which is the perfect geographic location to best service all global market needs and time zones. As the premier, truly Global Casting Agency, being based between the Indian and the Pacific Ocean regions is proven as the world's most favorable timezone to do business in all major world markets' awake hours. Emma Green, Salt and Lime Media Casting USA

Emma is a seasoned Casting Director, Project Manager, and Development Producer. Originally from Australia, Emma forged her way into the world of Casting and Producing by earning her stripes with Talent Titans Maura Fay, Tom McSweeney, and Ben Parkinson and Cast Iron Productions in the US. She then moved into reality TV for Fremantle Media USA, which included several seasons on the hit NBC show "America's Got Talent". From there, Emma was appointed Manager for US Factual Development at Temple Street Productions, the company best known for Orphan Black, Killjoys & Million Dollar Critic. For the past 3 years, Emma has been the US-based Captain of many productions for Salt and Lime Media USA - a global company that provides casting and producing services for International Brands, Production Companies, and Creative Agencies. Emma's specialization is foreign castings, global team management, and negotiating top-tier talent deals for TV, Commercial, and Digital Content Projects. Emma has cast and project-managed everything from global World Cup football media campaigns to documentary-style films showcasing one-of-a-kind real people for well-respected brands like Youtube, Nike, Spotify, eBay, Facebook, Instagram, Meta, and many more.

With his knowledge of marketing and social media, he helps boost brands and content to another level. In tune with trends and articulate, Gabriel works with great energy on each project. His extensive background in law and education gives him great agility and ease in casting and licensing processes. Having worked on reality shows (The Amazing Race, The Real Love Boat, Rupaul’s Drag Race, The Mole, and Rush), Gabriel is incredible with casting real people, communication, and talent management. He has also worked with the biggest brands and agencies in the market.

Adam has been running our UK & EU casting campaigns for the past 2 years and brings a wealth of experience in producing, business development and casting with more than 30 reality, factual and entertainment TV show credits for networks including ITV, Sky, Channel 5 and Fox Broadcast Company. Adam has also cast branded content projects for Red Bull, Netflix and Formula 1 as well as overseeing our client relationship with Meta and the Facebook app.

Karina Bernstein, Salt and Lime Media Brasil - Casting, Real People, Reality TV

Aside from being our Latin American casting & content lead based in Rio, Karina also has a background as a producer for TV Globo, the second-largest commercial TV network in the world. Karina is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and easily adapts to various tasks worldwide such as casting, in-depth research, content curation, and contracts. Karina has become an indispensable asset to Salt & Lime since 2020 when she joined us to find authentic global stories, and manage real people & their unique UGC.
